The Permit Center provides general information for construction inside the City limits.
Construction permits assure that structures are built to nationally recognized standards, designed to ensure that buildings are structurally sound and hazard free. Land use permits assure that structures meet zoning requirements and comply with environmental regulations (Additional Land Use information can be found on the Planning webpage).
We are located at 24301 Roberts Drive and are open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contact us at (360) 886-2560 if you would like to talk with the Permit Center staff.
