The Black Diamond Traffic Safety Class started in 2005 to inform and refresh drivers of the laws regarding driving and road safety.

This four hour class is set up as a “refresher course” for anyone who has received a citation and meets current criteria. This class answers many questions such as; “Is it legal to drive on the right side of the fog line?’ and “How far in advance do I need to signal my intent to turn?”

Many cities in the State of Washington provide a course similar to Black Diamond in hopes that attendees will refresh, learn and pass it on!
